1. Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled task.
- Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are subject to review.
- In case of accepted refund, a processing fee may be deducted.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
3. Cancellation by Provider
- If the service provider cancels the task, the client will receive a full refund.
4. Force Majeure
- In case of events beyond control (e.g. severe weather, illness), refunds or rescheduling will be considered.
