We collect only the data necessary for the operation of the platform, namely:

  • Phone number
  • Location (selected by the user during bookings)
  • Bank account details (RIB) for service providers in order to receive payments
  • Photos, videos, and uploaded files
  • Messages sent via the internal messaging system

3. Purposes of Data Processing

 

Data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Creation and management of user accounts
  • Management of bookings and payments
  • Communication between clients and service providers
  • Billing and financial transactions
  • Security and proper functioning of the platform
  • Compliance with legal obligations

4. Data Hosting and Storage

 

Data is hosted on Google Cloud EMEA Ltd (Google Cloud Platform), in compliance with GDPR standards and Moroccan Law 09-08.
Security measures (SSL, Cloudflare, access management, backups) are implemented to protect data.

5. Data Recipients

 

Data is processed exclusively by:

  • The data controller, Youssef LAROUI, representing the CUT.ma platform
  • Our payment partners, including Payzone, as part of the secure processing of financial transactions
  • Our logistics service providers, where applicable, solely in the event of implementing a delivery service
  • No data is sold or shared with third parties without consent.
  • At no time are bank card details collected, stored, or processed by CUT.ma.
  • All payment operations are fully handled by approved payment service providers.

CNDP Consent Clause

 

Youssef LAROUI collects and processes your personal data for the purpose of connecting clients and photographers on the CUT.ma platform.

Your data is transmitted to the photographers or clients you choose.

This processing is authorized by the National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) under authorization number:
A-PO-1322/2025

International Data Transfer

This transfer is carried out exclusively for hosting purposes.
The international transfer of data has been authorized by the CNDP under authorization number:

6. Data Retention Period

 

Data is retained for a maximum period of six (6) months after the deactivation of the user account, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period (billing, disputes).

  • Rectification or deletion of their information
  • Objection to the processing of their data
  • Request for additional information
