General Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing and using the CUT.ma platform, you fully and unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use. They apply to all users of the platform: clients, photographers, and visitors.

1. Service Description

 

CUT.ma is a digital marketplace whose purpose is to connect clients with professional or independent photographers for the provision of services, including:

  • Sports photography
  • Product photography (e-commerce)
  • Restaurant and food photography
  • Other creative image-related services

2. User Accounts

 

Registration on the platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or deletion of the account.

3. Bookings and Payments

 
  • Clients may book a service via the platform by selecting an offer provided by a photographer.
  • Payment is mandatory to definitively confirm a booking.
  • Payments are processed by secure and approved payment service providers, including Payzone.
  • All payments are made in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
  • CUT.ma does not store users’ banking data at any time and has no access to card information.

4. Service Fees

 

CUT.ma applies a service commission to each transaction carried out via the platform.
All applicable fees are clearly displayed before payment validation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  • Any cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
  • Any booking made on the CUT.ma platform is subject to validation through online payment.
  • A payment period of thirty (30) minutes begins from the moment the client validates the order, after selecting the Payzone payment method and confirming via the “Order” button.
  • If payment is not completed within this period, the booking is automatically canceled, and the previously reserved time slot becomes available to other users.
  • In the event that payment is made after the expiration of this thirty (30) minute period, the payment shall be considered late. As the booking has already been canceled by the system, the amount paid will be refunded to the client within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account the technical and banking delays imposed by the payment service provider.
  • CUT.ma cannot be held liable for late payments or for delays attributable to the payment provider or the client.
  • Refunds are subject to verification and may include processing fees, in accordance with applicable conditions.

6. User Conduct

 

Each user agrees to behave respectfully and in compliance with the platform’s rules.
Any abuse, fraud, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms may result in:

Temporary suspension of the account, or Permanent deletion of the account, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

 

Users remain responsible for the content they publish (photos, videos, texts).
Unless expressly objected to by the user, CUT.ma reserves the right to use such content for promotional and communication purposes.

8. Dispute Management

 

In the event of a dispute between a client and a photographer:

a) Case Review

CUT.ma reviews the service description, exchanges via the internal messaging system, and evidence provided by both parties.

b) Full Refund

A full refund may be granted if:

  • The delivered service is incomplete
  • The service does not match the agreed description
c) Partial Refund (50%)

In cases of minor misunderstanding or good-faith error by both parties, CUT.ma may decide to grant a partial refund of 50%.

d) Final Decision

CUT.ma reserves the right to make the final decision based on the available evidence.
All users agree to comply with this decision.

e) Bank Disputes and Chargebacks

In the event of a bank dispute or chargeback request initiated by the client, CUT.ma may provide payment institutions with all necessary elements for case review (service description, booking proof, internal exchanges).

Any abusive use of the chargeback procedure may result in the suspension of the user’s account.

9. Liability

 

CUT.ma acts exclusively as a digital intermediary platform and cannot be held responsible for the quality or execution of services provided by photographers.

10. Amendments to the Terms

 

CUT.ma reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. CNDP Consent Clause

 

Youssef LAROUI collects and processes your personal data for the purpose of connecting clients and photographers on the CUT.ma platform.

Your data is transmitted to the photographers or clients you choose. This processing is authorized by the National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) under authorization number: A-PO-1322/2025.

International Data Transfer

Data is transferred to:

Google Cloud EMEA Ltd (Google Cloud Platform)

This transfer is carried out exclusively for hosting and storage purposes and has been authorized by the CNDP under authorization number: T-HB-461/2025.
