- Communication between clients and providers
- Invoicing and financial transactions
- Ensuring the security and smooth operation of the platform

Data is hosted on Google Cloud (Madrid Datacenter – European Union), compliant with GDPR standards and Moroccan law 09-08.
Security measures such as SSL encryption, Cloudflare protection, access control, and regular backups are in place to safeguard all data.
5. Data Recipients
Data is processed only by:
- The technical team of CUT.ma
- Our payment partners (CMI, Cashplus, NAPS)
- Our logistics partners if needed (e.g., Tawssil)
No data is sold or shared with third parties without consent.
6. Data Retention Period
Data is retained for a maximum of 5 years after account deletion or the end of the contractual relationship.
7. User Rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08, each user has the following rights:

- Correction or deletion of their data
