Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which users can cancel bookings and request refunds.

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled task.
  • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are subject to review.
  • In case of accepted refund, a processing fee may be deducted.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

3. Cancellation by Provider

  • If the service provider cancels the task, the client will receive a full refund.

4. Force Majeure

  • In case of events beyond control (e.g. severe weather, illness), refunds or rescheduling will be considered.
