By accessing and using the CUT.ma platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users: clients, photographers, and visitors.

1. Service Description

CUT.ma is an online marketplace that connects clients with professional or independent photographers for the following services:

  • Sports Photography
  • Product Photography
  • Food & Restaurant Photography
  • Other Creative Services

2. User Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Providing false information is strictly prohibited.

3. Bookings and Payments

Clients can book services through the platform by selecting the package offered by the photographer.
Payments are secured through our official partners: CMI, Cashplus.
Payment is mandatory to validate a booking.

4. Service Fees

CUT.ma applies a commission on each transaction.
All fees are clearly displayed before payment.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Refunds are subject to validation and may include processing fees.

6. User Behavior

All users must respect the platform’s rules and other users.
Any abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

Users are responsible for the content they publish (photos, videos, text).
CUT.ma may use user-generated content for promotional purposes unless the user explicitly objects.

8. Dispute Management

In the event of a dispute between the client and the photographer:

a) Case Review

CUT.ma will review the service description and chat exchanges between the two parties.

b) Full Refund

The client may receive a full refund if:

  • The delivered work is incomplete.
  • The service does not match the agreed description.

c) Partial Refund (50%)

In case of a minor misunderstanding or good faith error from both parties, CUT.ma may decide to refund 50% of the order amount.

d) Final Decision

CUT.ma reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the dispute based on the available evidence.
All users agree to respect CUT.ma’s decision.

9. Liability

CUT.ma is a digital intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by photographers.

10. Modifications

CUT.ma reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
